Pre-Sale Orders
Pre-sale orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships. Contact us at hello@orvaevitality.com and we'll process it right away.
Returns
Once your order has shipped, unopened and unused boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used boxes cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email hello@orvaevitality.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
